Dr. Florence A. Hill-Trent

I was born and raised in St. Thomas, U. S. Virgin Islands and have resided in San Diego, Ca. since January 1979.  

I have 25 years of both domestic and international banking experience, 20+ years of government experience primarily in the County of San Diego, Health & Human Services Agency, a National Licensed Minister, and founder of Reaching Inner Being Services/RIB Ministry.

I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Christian Counseling in 2015, a Master’s Degree in Leadership Administration in 2018, and a Doctorate Degree in Organizational Management in 2020. 

I have a love for sharing knowledge and building people from the inside out.  FC4U gives me an opportunity to continue to grow and develop individuals in various areas of their lives thru facilitating workshops.
